Equity Membership
Members are entitled to the use of all club facilities: club house, golf course, and swimming pool.
Cost: $625
[$375 Initiation Fee + $250 Equity] plus first month’s dues of $231.33 = 856.33 (Tax Included)
- Range Plan Included with Equity membership
- (Optional) Golf Handicap — $35.00 Annually
- Dues of $231.33 (tax included) are billed monthly

- Large-$18.00 + Tax per month Monthly billing

- 9 Holes $10.68 per person (Tax included)
- 18 Holes $19.22 per person (Tax included)
Other Fees
- Golf Handicap-$35.00 + tax Annually
- Trail Fee-$26.00 + Tax per month, Monthly billing
- Lockers – Large: $11.00 + Tax per month; Small: $8.00 + Tax per month, Monthly billing
- Large Bucket of Range Balls is $12.00 and a Small Bucket of Range Balls is $6.00 (Tax included)
Range Ball Plan is included with Equity membership

Social Membership
A non-voting, non-equity, annual membership
Cost: $125
Initiation Fee plus first month’s dues of $75.15 = $200.15 (Tax Included) The first month’s membership payments are payable by check or cash. No credit card payments are accepted for first month’s payments.
- Members are entitled to the use of the club house.
- Golf is not included in this membership level.
- Dues of $75.15 (tax included) are billed monthly.

Swimming Membership
A non-voting, non-equity membership
Pool opens in May. Membership is required to continue through September.
Cost: $125
Initiation Fee plus first month’s dues of $136.21 = $261.21 (Tax Included) The first month’s membership payments are payable by check or cash. No credit card payments are accepted for first month’s payments.
- Dues of $136.21 (tax included) are billed monthly through September. Payment by ACH required.
