Brenham Country Club is an inviting family-oriented social and recreational center whose purpose is to create a sense of community among its members by providing first-class facilities for golf and swimming, or for hosting your celebrations. Brenham Country Club provides multiple levels of membership to meet the needs of our Family-Oriented community.
Brenham Country Club Membership Types
EQUITY MEMBERSHIP
Members are entitled to the use of all club facilities: club house, golf course, and swimming pool.
Cost: $625 [$375 Transfer Fee + $250 Cost] plus first month’s dues of $201.76 = 826.76 (Tax Included)
Or
Sale/Transfer of stock: $375 Transfer Fee plus 1 st month’s dues of $201.76 = $576.76
Plus + Selling Price of Stock (Tax Included) The first month’s membership payments are payable by check or cash. No credit card payments are accepted for first month’s payments.
Range Plan Included with CLASS A membership
(Optional) Golf Handicap — $32.00 Annually
Dues of $201.76 (tax included) are billed monthly
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Consists of One (1) Equity Membership + One to Four (1 – 4) Non Equity Memberships
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
A non-voting, non-equity membership
Members are entitled to the use of the club house.
Golf is not included in this membership level.
Cost: $125 Initiation Fee plus first month’s dues of $65.12 = $190.12 (Tax Included) The first month’s membership payments are payable by check or cash. No credit card payments are accepted for first month’s payments.
Dues of $65.12 (tax included) are billed monthly.
SWIMMING MEMBERSHIP
A non-voting, non-equity membership
Pool opens in May. Membership is required to continue through September.
Cost: $125 Initiation Fee plus first month’s dues of $118.49 = $243.49 (Tax Included) The first month’s membership payments are payable by check or cash. No credit card payments are accepted for first month’s payments.
Dues of $118.49 (tax included) are billed monthly through September. Payment by ACH required.
