Head Golf Professional – Brenham Country Club
Sydney M. Roberts serves as Head Golf Professional at Brenham Country Club, where she brings a winning combination of competitive experience, instructional excellence, and genuine warmth to every corner of the course. A Class A PGA Professional, Sydney is passionate about helping golfers of all ages grow in skill and confidence—whether they’re picking up a club for the first time or chasing a personal best.
Born and raised in Brownwood, Texas, Sydney played collegiate golf at The University of Central Oklahoma, where she earned a spot in the NCAA Division II National Championship tournament during her junior year. Her love for the game is matched only by her love for people, and she’s known for creating a welcoming, member-first environment that blends professionalism with fun.
Before joining Brenham, Sydney served as Head Golf Professional at Abilene Country Club, where she led with creativity, hospitality, and a deep commitment to growing the game. At Brenham, she oversees all golf operations, including instruction, tournaments, junior development, and member services.
Off the course, Sydney is a proud fan of all things Oklahoma State Cowboys—Go Pokes! She’s fueled by Dr. Pepper, coffee, and Mexican food, and she shares her life with her boyfriend Xavier and their two beloved animal companions: Koda, a spirited Belgian Malinois, and Zoe, a laid-back cat with plenty of personality.
