We provide multiple levels of membership to meet the needs of our community.

Brenham Country Club Types of Memberships

Class A Equity Membership

This is an equity membership entitled to the use of all club facilities such as the club house, golf course and swimming pool.

Cost: $625 + first month’s dues of $138.78 = $763.78

Or

If we have someone who wants to sell/transfer their stock: $375 Transfer Fee + first month’s dues of $138.78 = $513.78 + Selling Price of Stock

Dues billed monthly.

Class B “Limited” Membership – Annual Contract

This is a non-voting, non-equity membership entitled to use of all club facilities. This is an ANNUAL CONTRACT.

Cost: First and last month’s dues are to be paid in advance. $96.08/month x 2 months = $192.16.

Remaining dues to be billed monthly.

Class B Social Membership

This is a non-voting, non-equity membership entitled to use of the club house and swimming pool. Golf is not included in this membership.

Cost: $125 Initiation Fee + 1st months dues of $53.38 = $178.38

Dues billed monthly.

Class B Swimming Membership

Same as Social Membership. Pool opens April 1, 2010. Membership required to go thru September 30, 2010.

Trail Fee $20.00 + Tax per month Monthly

Lockers ½ size - $7 per month Monthly (Located in Men’s & Women’s Full Size - $10 per month Monthly Locker rooms)

Range Ball Program Individual - $150 / Year Family - $200 / Year

This program allows for unlimited range balls throughout the year.
